Peptone

Peptone is an enzymatic digest of protein used to cultivate non-fastidious organisms, producing low-level growth. Deficient in carbohydrates, cystine and tryptophan.

       Our peptone series is mainly composed by 3 grade, namely Industry Grade, Feed Grade I and Feed Grade II. Also, we can manufacture as you request.

Industry Grade

We employ fresh cattle bone as staple for this grade though hydrolysation. The major applications range from the production streptomycin, spiramycin, rifamycin and gentamicin to other ferment industry utilisation.

Feed Grades

Feed grades are made from animal collagenic proteins. Oriented to livestock’s food absorption characteristics, unique technology of hydrolysation is adopted, the protein absorption rate is up to 91.7%, which enables these grades, far more abundant in protein to take the place of fish meal retrenching feedstuff cost and hence increasing efficiency.
